Additional Terms

Wyzr-account holders shall have a limited license to access free content on Wyzr and paid subscribers to access to agreed content, for personal use as per your agreement, but not to modify or re-use its contents.
Subscription Services
If you choose or purchase a Wyzr subscription plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for the subscription term in strict accordance with these Terms of Use. All subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled.
Limitation of Liabilities
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
This TOU shall be governed by the laws of India. Every dispute shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. The Users agree that any legal action may be brought EXCLUSIVELY in the competent courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
